Based on the 5x5 program but with a twist. You’ll be training 5 days a week (SD/B/-/D/SB/B/-), I’ve included a deload week, nearer to the end you’ll be doing sets of quadruples, triples & doubles, at the end you’ll have a choice; either a one rep max or a single at RPE 9, the choice is yours depending on your level of fatigue and your goals. The program is relatively customizable, I’ve included different variations of the SBD & assistance exercises.
You can use my program if you train at home and have a barbell & some dumbbells, all you need to do is figure out alternate exercises. Obviously, the more equipment you have at home, the better.
